These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the text message communications sent by BookaBoost and its client businesses (including Restland Cemetery & Funeral Home) to individuals who have opted in to receive SMS messages.
BookaBoost enables service businesses to send appointment-related SMS messages to their customers and leads, including appointment confirmations, scheduling links, reminders, follow-up messages, and rescheduling options.
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting your mobile phone number through an opt-in form, a booking confirmation page, or by texting a designated keyword to a participating business's phone number. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages related to appointments and follow-up communications.
Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and the follow-up cadence of the business you are working with. Typical frequency is 1–8 messages per appointment cycle.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan's messaging rates.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

SMS messaging is available on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carrier support may vary.
