EVO Integrated Solutions LLC ("BookaBoost," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers, their clients, and all individuals whose data passes through our platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with the BookaBoost platform and bookaboost.live website.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including when you create an account, import contacts, submit a waitlist form, or contact us for support:

• Business contact information (name, email address, phone number, organization name)
• Account credentials (email and hashed password — we never store plaintext passwords)
• Contact records you import (names, phone numbers, email addresses, and any associated notes or context)
• Communication preferences and opt-out status

We also collect usage data automatically, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and interaction data used to improve the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the BookaBoost platform on your behalf
• To send AI-powered voice calls, SMS messages, and emails to contacts you have authorized us to reach
• To maintain DNC suppression lists and comply with telecommunications regulations
• To send you platform notifications, updates, and support communications
• To improve platform performance, detect fraud, and ensure security

3. Contact Data and Your Clients

When you import contact records into BookaBoost, those individuals become "End Contacts." We process their data solely on your behalf (as a data processor) according to your instructions. You remain responsible for obtaining any required consents to contact those individuals by phone, SMS, and email.

End Contacts who receive outreach can opt out at any time. All opt-outs are immediately honored and suppressed from future outreach.

4. SMS and Calling Compliance

All SMS campaigns are transmitted over A2P 10DLC registered numbers. We maintain integrated do-not-call (DNC) suppression and comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, and applicable state regulations. Texas law requires disclosure that calls are made by an AI — BookaBoost's AI call scripts comply with this requirement.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data or your clients' data. We share data only with:

• Twilio — for voice and SMS delivery
• OpenAI — for AI voice call processing (audio only, not stored by OpenAI after processing)
• Resend — for transactional email delivery
• Our hosting providers (Render, cloud infrastructure) for platform operation

All vendors are bound by data processing agreements and applicable privacy laws.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and audit purposes. Contact records and call transcripts are retained per your organization's configuration. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. We do not store credit card numbers or government ID information.

8. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@bookaboost.live. End Contacts may opt out of all future communications by replying STOP to any SMS or requesting removal during a call.
